Psychological and Counseling Center, Inc. is the parent organization of the Gestalt Institute of Pittsburgh

The Psychological and Counseling Center, Inc. was founded in 1985 by Dr. Maura Krushinski and Dr. Thomas Petrone. Their mission is to provide quality, professional and ethical services to members of the Pittsburgh Community. Services include: psychotherapy for individuals and families and consultation and training for professionals, businesses and educational organizations.

In 1990 Tom and Maura assumed administration and sponsorship of the Pittsburgh Gestalt Therapy Training Program for Professionals. In 2008, in order to provide a broader range of gestalt training opportunities, they created the Gestalt Institute of Pittsburgh.

In addition to Tom and Maura, two local therapists practice from the PandCC, Inc office. Although they are not on the staff of the agency, they provide a variety of skills with various populations from children through adults. They are Linnea McQuiston, M.Ed., LPC, NCC, and Mimi Yablonsky, M.S.Ed., LPC, NCC.
